  • Minimum order of 30 persons (pax) portion for buffet delivery. For less than 30 pax, please consider ordering our Mini Buffet (with no tables/warmers) here.
  • Delivery and set-up fee of $70 (before GST). Free delivery/set-up for buffet order of 50 pax and above.
  • Please note that ordering standard buffet during the CNY Peak Period (24th Jan to 25th Feb 2024) will have an additional +$1.50/pax surcharge.
  • Buffet set-up includes delivery / collection, full dressed tables (with skirting), disposable plates, cutleries, serviettes, food warmers and garbage bags.
  • Price quoted are subjected to GST (Government Service Tax).
  • Full payment via Cash, NETS, PayNow or PayLah! is required to secure your booking. Our staff will send you an invoice to confirm the order details and payment method.
  • Delivery team will arrive approximately 30mins before indicated meal time to set-up.
  • Due to high demand during festive period, actual delivery time may vary by +/- 30 mins from the estimated delivery time.
  • Delivery surcharge of $60 (before GST) for meal time before 11:30am (as our restaurant only opens at 11am)
  • Surcharge of $50 – $100 is applicable for venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval. Buffet set-up at landed property will be done at ground level.
  • Please inform us at least 3 days before delivery if there are any changes. All changes are subjected to approval. Administrative fee of $10 may be chargeable for any last minute changes.
  • Buffet collection timing: per SFA guidelines, collection timing is approximately 3-hours from indicated meal time.
  • Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Nature Vegetarian Delights Pte Ltd will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight.
  • Nature Vegetarian Delights Pte Ltd reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality.
  • Table set-up and food warmer subjected to availability and/or prevailing COVID govt regulations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made at least 2 weeks prior to event date (less admin charges of $20 + GST);
  • 70% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made at least 1 week prior to event date;
  • 50% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made 3 working days prior to event date;
  • No refund will be made if order cancellation is made on the event date.
